Delivery and return shipping Australia-wide is included in your hire.

Will my audio guest book be delivered on time?

Your Off The Hook will be delivered at least 3 days prior to your wedding date.

We dispatch via express courier 8 days prior to wedding date to ensure early arrival. In most cases you will receive your Off The Hook up to 5 days prior to your wedding date.

When will I receive my voice message gallery?

You receive your online gallery within 10 business days of us receiving your Off The Hook back.

This gives you time to send us an image to include in the MP4 (video) versions of your audio messages.

You can download and share the MP3 and MP4 files from any device.

We used Off the Hook at our wedding and all I we have to say is absolutely amazing.
