Jen did a fantastic job with the make up. It stayed on all day and night, was perfectly done, subtle and natural yet impactful. Got lots of compliments! I didn't come in exactly knowing what I wanted and she was able to work with me to make me shine. Really fun and enjoyable during which just the perfect way to begin my wedding day. I will definitely book again for any other events I have.

Jen and Kim were such a pleasure to work with!! From the beginning, Jen was very flexible with fitting me in to her schedule. They made me feel quite calm the morning of my civil ceremony and overall, did such a great job with the make up and hair, I got lots of compliments on the day!! I'd highly recommend to anyone :)

Jen and Kimberley were so amazing! They were so flexible with the trial and were such a joy to be around. They made me, my bridal party and my mum feel so relaxed and reassured throughout the whole process. The morning of my wedding there was a power outage and they were so chill and got everything done in time despite generator delays - made it all stress-free. Of course they did an amazing job with the hair and makeup. My hair is so frizzy and Kimberley got it to behave the whole day, despite the humidity. Jen did a wonderful job with my makeup. She also helped colour match my mum and I for everyday makeup when I texted her randomly about it. Amazing talent, personalities, and communication. I'm soooo pleased they were with me on my wedding day morning!

Jen is hands down one of the best make up artists in town. She did all my bridesmaids and sister’s make up on my wedding day and they all looked so stunning gorgeous! Compliments all round! The make up lasted for the whole day and the touch up kits was one the most thoughtful and handy things ever! If you’re looking for a make up artist, look no further! Would highly recommend Jen!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I planned our wedding in under 2 months so I didn’t have time for a trial and I hadn’t used Jeda Vu’s services before. But based on her Instagram, I decided that I will be in capable hands. But Jenny totally surpassed all expectations! Jenny and Kim (hair) are so pleasant and enjoyable to get ready with and they are extremely professional! I haven’t stopped receiving compliments and it’s almost a week later!! I am after a make-up artist and hair stylist for my wedding in melbourne, 15/8/18?

I have 5 people in total who require hair and make-up at a location in the city. I want natural looking make-up from someone with experience, as none of the 5 people wear make-up often and I don't want it to look too heavy on the day/obvious. How long should I set aside for my make up trial?

For hair and makeup trials, you should always allow at least 2 hours. 1 hour for hair and 1 hour for makeup. This gives you plenty of time with your hair and makeup artist to have a consultation and also gives you the time to get to know each other. Being comfortable and having a connection with the person doing your hair and makeup on your big day is so important! This also applies to us too!
