Do I need to hire a wedding planner?

No! Our Wedding Packages include our experienced in house Wedding Coordinator!

We provide you with a detailed planning guide, we offer support throughout your planning journey and we also create the run sheet & order of events with you!

We take care of set up & pack down for you! You don't have to lift a finger!

We ensure all of the finer & bigger details are sorted so nothing is missed....

Your wedding day will run smoothly & beautifully as you are in trusted hands!

What does 'BYO' venue mean?

Solitaire Homestead is a BYO venue....

This means you have the flexibility to choose your own self sufficient caterer depending on what style of food you are wanting to serve to your guests and of course your budget!

BYO also means you can bring in all of your own drinks. We do not charge a corkage fee and the bar staff can facilitate anything from a cocktail hour to our famous beer boat! This makes it more affordable for you and you can choose exactly what your taste buds desire.

We have an onsite cool room & deep freezer for your ice. It couldn't be easier.

Highly recommend Solitaire for your wedding! All of the staff designed a gorgeous ceremony and reception, and being able to drop everything off the day before, allowed us to focus on ourselves on our special day. The venue is stunning with so many different options. Thank you for making our day so special!

Where do I begin?! My partner and I were married recently at Solitaire (May 2022) and it was the best day of our lives. Jess is incredible, and I felt completely relaxed on the day with her kindness, relaxed vibe and expertise. There was nothing that Jess couldn’t do, or that phased her - she even saved my night with some well placed safety pins for my dress. The venue is incredible - the perfect combination of natural with just a hint of boujie. A massive shout out to the incredible bar staff who were exactly the same - so friendly and accomodating. I would relive this day a million times, thanks Solitaire. ❤️

We got Married here in April 2022 and made full use of the beautiful Homestead, Shed, and Ceremony area. It was the BEST day of our lives and just the BEST venue. We would definitely recommend staying at the Homestead if getting married there, it is so well laid out and so convenient. We will definitely be booking in again for our anniversary :) My new husband and I also really appreciated the freedom our VIP (Very Important Puppy) Pippa had around the Homestead and the Shed, which really made our day. Many comments were made by our guests on how beautiful it all was. They especially loved the fire pit! We are so grateful to Jess for organising the event, and to the owners Kelly and Nico for having us, our dog, and our motley crew. Not to mention all of the amazing staff at Solitaire! My partner and I just got married at Solitaire Homestead. Kelly and her team are amazing! They made the whole planning a wedding really easy. I wanted somewhere that we could have the ceremony and reception all in one, somewhere not to far away from accommodation and a venue with everything included and Solitaire was absolutely perfect. Kelly was quick on the reply and nothing was too hard or too difficult for her. Whatever questions we had she was able to help and solve. Everyone loved loved loved the venue. We stayed at the homestead the night of and its was so beautiful. Thankyou for such a smooth wedding day/night. Definitely appreciated xx
