Meet the Owners
Michelle has over 28 years of experience in the bridal industry and as a Milliner. Michelle learned traditional Millinery techniques while working closely with a leading milliner that specialised in wedding and race headwear. After working closely with her mentor for many years Michelle became the company’s lead designer and continued in this role many years until it was time for Michelle to start Michelle Pagonis in 2005.

A. Yes I love making custom designs – If you wish to have one of our designs customised to suit you or a completely new design, please contact Michelle and we discuss further the idea you have in mind! then I will go over the process, quote and time frame expected!
Made to order items from the collection
Please allow 2-4 week’s production time for your item be made and then ready to be shipped.
Ready to Ship items:
Items will ship in 3-5 business day from place of order.
Custom made designs
Depending on the complexity of the design will determine an approx. time frame. For simple designs allow 3-4 weeks, for complex creations allow 4-10 weeks.
Also, please allow addition shipping time to your destination
