Marisa - short for Mary Louise - uses her experience in performance to provide beautiful bespoke wedding ceremonies, and can even sing your choice of song during the proceedings - whether that’s a sweet love song or upbeat number or keep it sweet and somple with recorded music or just the music of nature. • The personalised ceremony. Marisa will meet with you for your ‘get to know each other’ chat, then use the fun stories and personal details she’s learned to write you a custom wedding ceremony.
• Did you know that you don't have to have a story and you don't have to have personal vows? You can just do the legal vows, which is one of the legal requirements.
  
  
• Did you know that rings are a tradition and not compulsary either? Some people, even exchange such things as horse bridles instead of rings or both!
• Did you know you can include choose a ritual in your ceremony? : such as:

1. Sand/Earth "blending family ritual", for example, combining into a beautiful jar of sand at the beach or the earth where you get married (including sparklies for the kids to add into the jar). Then this is the clincher, dad or mum seal the deal with closing the lid, "very tightly".
2. If you are getting married on your own property, you can even plant a tree or a plant that you love.
3. Handfasting: where Marisa provides (or you can find) beautiful ribbons or ropes to "tie the knot"  the knot is actually the "infiinity (forever) knot" how apt! Marisa shows you how to do this.
4. Cultural Heritage ceremonies.  Marisa supports multiculturalism and welcome any cultural aspect you'd like to incorporate into your special day.  Think out of the box, such as a Laith (Hawaiian) ceremony or drinking  Japanese Sake out of traditional wooden cups. The options are endless.

• The option for a song. With a background in performance, Marisa can offer a service many other celebrants can’t: a romantic love song of your choice performed live - if you wish, that is. Marisa can also assist you with sharing ideas for songs. 
• Marisa can be your celebrant for your big wedding splash with all the trimmings  OR
• Specialising in Elopements and Micro- weddings. Post Covid World - many  people are opting for a more intimate ceremony with either just their best friends as witnesses or close family members. Pluses:  you save thousands of dollars on the costs of a big wedding and then you can go home and have surprise announcement (don't worry they'll get over it and then want to celebrate with you!) or have a big party when you get home or plan a fun party at another time of the year.
• Marisa also has exclusive access to beautiful private properties where couples can have a wonderfully intimiate ceremony where they have the location all to themselves.
