Such an amazing store. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I felt so at ease and never felt pressured when searching for a gown and then once I found my gown every single fitting was just perfect. They took away all my stress and it was just amazing!

Leah S Designs is a breath of fresh air. The down to earth, friendly service that you receive is unrivalled. They are so easy to work with and made all of my dreams come true with my dress! They are incredibly well priced for the quality and service that you receive and the showroom is beautiful! Leah is one talented designer! I received the best service at Leah S Designs in Hallam who cater for larger sizes. I had a separate changing room and the staff were all wonderful and patient and very helpful. The dress was amazing too and alterations were quick and finalised on time. Value for money

Wow, wow, wow…… so many beautiful gowns I narrowed down some gowns on their website after narrowing down what I wanted in a dress for my special day. Within 20 minutes I was in the fitting room with 4 gowns, the first gown pulled on my heart strings . The following 3 didn’t even get laced up fully. The ladies are lovely I never imagined with research and a big choice of wedding dresses that within the hour I had chosen my dress and veil. Lay your is an option and they also have alterations in the same store so the ladies can advise you on alterations at the same time. Fantastic boutique.

How do I tell my mum I don't want to wear her dress?

Speak to your mum and say 'my wedding dress is a part of my signature style for my wedding day that will reflect my identity of who I am as a person, and showcase my essence that will reflect the future with my husband. *(And the look I am going for is not 1986'). However, to not cause any tension during this auscpicious occasion you could incorporate pieces of her dress such as the lace or her veil. P.S congrats on fitting into your mothers wedding dress.
