The team downstairs are absolutely lovely and made choosing and buying my dress a wonderful experience. They have so many choices and listen and help you through what is a super exciting time. They recommended I go up a size as even though the dress fit well, as they correctly stated 'anything can be taken in but nothing can be taken out'. Good advice and you never know what will happen in 10 months. Once my dress had arrived I thought it was super convenient to go upstairs and have my alterations done in the same place, however I wish I'd gone elsewhere. From the first day it kind of felt like they couldn't be bothered and didn't listen much to what you want. Without writing a whole long story with inane details, I wouldn't recommend using this service - the ladies were rude and condescending, I was made to feel very uncomfortable, and what should have been fun and exciting was awkward, stressful and overly expensive.

The selection of gowns was expansive and had many styles, including a large upstairs area with many sale choices. The ladies helped me sort through many gowns to find 'the one' and then went out of their way to have it custom-made to fit my needs. Lastly, the alteration team were absolute sweethearts and made me feel very comfortable and special. The only worry I had was communication-- I did feel that I had to call often for information-- but I understand that this team have many brides to look after and so we must all help them out.
