What happens if our chauffeur is sick on the wedding day?

Driver will always be avaialble for you we do have back up plans in place . All our cars are kept to a extremly high standard  however In the event a vehicle become unavailable on the day we do have other cars avalible

It has never happened in the past, but we have several drivers and will always have a back up for you if the designated driver falls sick. We also work closely with other companies and can always seek assistance from them.

if totaly imposable will supply another company at no cost and 

depending on curcumstances a refund would apply

If your designated Chauffeur is sick on the day of your Wedding, we would have been notified immmediately. We would have arranged a replacement Driver be at your disposal. We would already have all your details and your day will still run smoothly and no stress.

Ariving in style and comfort at all destinations is our priority and promise to you.

Each wedding is unique as are our vehicles. In the event a driver or vehicle become unavailable on the day we have back up plans in place.  We are fortunate to have a number of drivers and vehicles within our business in the event somthing unforeseen happens.  We never book out to capacity therefore allowing us to have this flexibility. 

If the Chauffeur is Sick on the day we will send another Chauffeur to take over the booking

Dear Bride, Thanks for your questions At Always Classic Cars we have a team of 40 chauffeurs to choose from. In the event a chauffeur is not available at the last minute. We implement our b plans. That includes my self as well as 10 chauffeurs that are 5 minutes form the office.

There have been times when chauffeurs have been hit with Covid at the last minute and we have always had a back up at all times. Feel peace of mind at  Always Classic Cars. Cheers Vince.

It would depend on the hire company you book as each are different in their set up.

At Adelaide Classic Hire Cars if one of our chauffeurs was sick we would find a replacement chauffeur.

We keep our cars fully serviced hoping that we never have a vehicle break down.
