Zero Tolerance for fake reviews

False reviews adversely affect our entire review system and the Easy Weddings business, and they damage the wedding industry’s reputation. Ultimately, it is our couples who suffer when anyone leaves a false or misleading review.

If any of your reviews are found to be false, misleading or the result of coercion your reviews will be removed from our site. Should a second breach of this rule occur, your profile will be removed from Easy Weddings networks and, regardless of how much time you have left on your account, your money will not be refunded.

However, if subsequent breaches occur, we will have no choice but to remove your entire profile from Easy Weddings’ networks.

Please note, this applies to suppliers, their employees, third-party vendors hired by them and any other agent acting for or on behalf of a supplier.

If a supplier or an agent of a supplier is found to have falsified reviews or coerced a positive review, Easy Weddings maintains the right to remove the review as well as all other reviews from the vendor's profile.

We may also remove your entire profile from the Easy Weddings’ site or Network and, regardless of when your account runs out, no money will be refunded.

Easy Weddings takes review fraud very seriously. We commit substantial time and resources towards ensuring that the content on any of the Easy Weddings network of sites reflects the real experiences of real couples.

Tens of thousands of newlyweds-to-be will see your reviews and, potentially, choose – or not choose – a vendor based upon your review, so it is vital it be accurate.

If we determine a user has posted a dishonest review, Easy Weddings maintains the right to remove the review from our sites, remove the users profile and refuse them access to our tools, forums or other properties. This may result in the loss of stored data such as web pages or seating lists.

The user may also be deemed ineligible to receive rewards and special offers from Easy Weddings.

Each couple may only submit one review per supplier. So, for example, if one partner has submitted a review for a supplier, the other partner may not submit another review for that same supplier.

Appeals process: If you are removed or receive a warning and feel it is incorrect, Easy Weddings is happy to hear from you by phone or email to review the situation.
